Fall 2013

So many good things happened for us in November!!!  We helped place a few dogs into loving homes by connecting rescues with people looking for a pet.  We collected and shared some donations of dog food.  We helped care for 5 feral cats after they were spayed/neutered and then released them back with their colony.  We gained several partnerships with various rescues and began placing our own foster cats and kittens into wonderful homes.  We also helped to foster several cats and kittens for other rescue that needed assistance.  We participated in East Coast Paws and Claws Howl-een Event, which was so, much fun!  We took in several kittens that needed to be rescued as well.  We also began our first ever Giving Tree for the Holidays.  We asked our supporters to either purchase items from our wishlist or make a monetary donation.  We were able to purchase a cat condo/scratcher for the Northern Ocean County Animal Facility, give a feral cat trap to Snip and Zip for Ferals and distribute cat and dog toys to shelter pets.

In December, we helped transport many shelter cats to different rescue groups in addition to fielding countless calls, emails and messages requesting help with pet related issues.  One woman in particular needed a place to put 4 cats because her home had burned down.  We were most excited to meet with Seer Farms to expand our working relationship to do even more things in 2014.  This includes working on PetOberfest 2014 which is now scheduled for October 18.  In preparation for this we met with Townsquare Media to discuss promotional opportunities as well.  2014 is going to be a GREAT year for us!

Did you know that $10 can feed 20 cats for a full week?

Without you, they have no chance - donate today and help our little friends!
